You can select the filter calibration to control the results.

"Extremely tight" filter returns the results that are more specific to your theme. The downside is that you will probably miss some "less relevant" seed words that would still be appropriate for use.

"Extremely loose" filter returns more general terms. For example, "tips" even as in "home improvement tips" is a much more general word than, say, "roofing".
